With clients located around the globe, PayPrin is committed to providing extended support regardless of a merchant’s location. Multiple office locations are maintained to meet the needs of all merchants in a way that is both timely and efficient.
Customer Support
The PayPrin team is on call to support payment processing solutions for merchants and resellers and offers both traditional and extended merchant and reseller support services.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
After-hours support is also available to merchants. This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is designed specifically for P-1 or Severity-1 issues directly impacting merchant processing. After-hours support regarding non-P-1 and non-Severity-1 issues, including after-hours deployments or testing, may be arranged in advance directly with PayPrin staff.
Required Information
PayPrin is committed to providing responsive service to ensure that all problems are resolved quickly and in full so that merchants can resume normal operations with minimum disruption involved. When contacting PayPrin support, merchants will need to provide certain information so that the issue can be identified. Be prepared to provide a merchant account number, a brief description of the problem and relevant contact information.
